Gildeskål municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest NS 8407 for the construction of a 4 person dwelling, Inndyr. Drawings are attached for equivalent buildings as those requested for construction, but detailed engineering design services must be carried out. There is no draft of location on the site, outdoor areas with placement of buildings, sheds and parking must be taken care of by the contractor. The project involves both ground work and the building. All the residential units are on a level and two of the residential units will be on the ground floor in a lifetime perspective. The municipal director will, therefore, assume that a new quadruple dwelling shall be constructed in 2024.Option; External sheds passive house standardFor further information on the project and contract work, see part II - The contract documentation.
