The contracting authority needs to enter into a contract based on NS 8406 for the establishment of a wastewater pipeline and an surface water pipeline using controlled drilling, at Odins gate in Sandnes. Progress: The contractor must be flexible as regards when the project shall be carried out. The execution shall start on instructions from the Builder and the works must be carried out with a rational operation and without undue delay. The builder can be flexible as regards the start-up date within the framework of the project, in accordance with agreement. However, there is an expectation that the work can start in the period weeks 39-42 in 2024. Tenderers shall have the capacity to complete their work in accordance with the progress plan for the delivery. The work shall be carried out in accordance with the current laws, regulations, standards and relevant documentation. Sandnes kommune Va-Anlegg is the builder for the project.
