Designation of a travel agency responsible for booking, checking in and issuing travel and hotel accommodation for (international) business travel for all the FLUXYS entities

5-year framework agreement with operator, for all Fluxys personnel, for : Appointing a travel agency that will be responsible for booking and issuing travel tickets and hotel accommodation within the context of Fluxys' international activities. This will involve booking and/or issuing: • airline tickets, to and from abroad; • train tickets requiring a reservation, to and from abroad; • car hire or drivers if necessary; • hotel accommodation. The contract has two parts: 1.Travel agency services: searching for itineraries, making reservations and issuing tickets, accommodation [= offline: telephone or e-mail]; and 2. Provision of an electronic platform (online tool) that can be used to view offers available on the market for AIR, TRAIN and CAR transport and for accommodation [= online].
