The contents of the procurement are services as described above and will include repairs, maintenance, alterations and new buildings. The service agreements only apply for discipline 5 for heat pumps/cooling/ventilation installations. Materials needed for the different operations will also be included in the work. Exceptions will apply in cases where the Contracting Authority itself procures supplies/materials for the work. The contract also includes minor adjoining works and works that come naturally under the discipline. The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement supplier for major work on construction projects and/or special assignments if the contract supplier is unable to meet the contracting authority ́s needs. As major work, individual assignments with a cost framework of NOK 250,000 are seen as NOK 250,000 excluding VAT.
