Clonburris Infrastructure Ltd (The Contracting Authority) is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Building Contractor Services to be used for the delivery of the Joint Infrastructure Works (JIW)/ASI (Abnormal Strategic Infrastructure) for the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ). The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for the provision of Building Contractor Services for District Park Hub (iv) to (v), Stage 7 Kishoge Community Centre Stages (iv) to (v), Stage 8 Clonburris Urban Hub - Stages (iv) to (v), Canal Park Hub (Changing Facilities – Grand Canal South) – (Stages iv to v).
