RFI - Uitnodiging Marktconsultatie 'Ontwikkeling TOTEM Infrastructuur'

PIO, Departement Mobiliteit & Openbare Werken en Addestino nodigen jou uit voor de markconsultatie in kader van het project TOTEM-infrastructuur. Deze consulatie vindt plaats in het Marie-Elisabeth Belpairegebouw in Brussel op 21 februari 2025 van 9 tot 13 uur. Uit het klimaatplan van departement Mobiliteit en Openbare Werken blijkt dat 82% van de broeikasgasuitstoot van het beleidsdomein zich situeert in de aanleg en het onderhoud van infrastructuur. Het departement wil daarom een nieuwe TOTEM-tool ontwikkelen die de totale milieu-impact van infrastructuurprojecten kan berekenen over de gehele levenscyclus. TOTEM staat voor Tool to Optimise the Total Environmental impact of Materials. Via de marktconsultatie willen we nagaan in hoeverre bedrijven oplossingen kunnen aanreiken voor deze uitdaging en hoe haalbaar deze oplossingen zijn op vlak van technologie, tijd, budget, … Het doel? Eén of meerdere geschikte partijen vinden die het departement kan betrekken in het ontwikkelingstraject van de TOTEM-infrastructuur. To find one or more suitable parties that the department can involve in the development process of the TOTEM infrastructure.
